And, in fact, going even further, many academical studies now show that the most powerful key for success in business resides within the human mind itself. This is true whether the person to coach or train is the C.E.O of a global Fortune 500 company, a frontline worker or an I.T. Specialist. In essence, self knowledge & self leadership are essential to effective team & organizational leadership and are of course vital to team & organizational performance too. This is why & how I embarked as soon as 1994 on a personal discovery & empowerment journey using both tools & techniques from the East & the West (see below). I wanted & needed to walk the talk of self leadership myself before offering this approach to others. In the end, personally trained to various leadership approaches and mentored by Brian Bacon himself – one of the world's top consultant & coach- certified C&T coach (Coach & Team school, V.Lenhardt), supervised by A. Cardon, I ve been offering my clients for the last 5 years some time, space & tools so that they can :* re-invent themselves by finding a renewed self esteem * re-align themselves by touching base with their purpose, values & vision (their compass)* open up their latent potential & creativity * achieve higher results with more fun & lightness
