About Stephane Wautier

Stéphane is a seasoned financial expert with a strong track record in macro-economic analysis, portfolio management, and the selection, structuring and sale of various (sustainable) investment products and mandates, including EMTNs and complex derivatives. In 2001, he become Head of Private Asset Management at Nagelmackers, liaising between the team and the Executive Board as well as coordinating the centralized management of portfolios. In this job, in addition to his role on various in-house Committees, Stéphane helped pioneer and streamline new operational models, investments processes and digital management systems to drive the business and mitigate risks. In 2015, after a ten-year stint in portfolio and product management in the private banking sector, he rejoined the ranks as Senior Institutional Asset Manager and was later appointed Senior Fixed Income Manager and member of the Sicav-committee. Overseeing institutional as well as discretionary mandates for private clients, and co-managing two bond funds, Stéphane’s primary focus is on the management of Nagelmackers’ fund of Sustainable Euro Corporate Bonds. Building on his business acumen, financial know-how and people management skills, Stéphane has been a driving force in Nagelmackers’ commercial endeavors.
