After a 8 years transforming journey, Records & Information Management at Sanofi has become a worldwide GxP driven department, with - Digital archiving, a full speed enabler to application retirement - Worldwide physical archiving management - Records & Information Quality Management System - Artificial Intelligence for compliance monitoring Before joining Sanofi, I worked for several years in the Pharmaceutical Industry, in organizational consulting, and in insurance. These years in the industry, service, and consulting have allowed me to gain experience in the following areas: Supporting business transformation, Aligning and managing processes with the strategy, Ensuring regulatory compliance of Information Systems, Deploying Information Systems and organizations with associated change management, Improving commercial performance, Enhancing operational efficiency, Lean Six Sigma methodology, Training in project management, change management, and Lean Six Sigma.
