About Stephanie Andre
I worked more than 15 years in SupplyChain management (Valeo & Airbus). I had alternative jobs between Project like Digitalisation of Warehouse / Definition & start of complete New SupplyChain activities and operational team management (up to 120 people, different Budget management.). In particular I am really proud of my key contribution to the A380 & A350 Program success. 6 years ago, I decided to enlarge my technical skills in Program and Customer Services activities. I have developped competencies in Configuration Management, Full Change Process with a focus on the Program industrial integration of late Modifications and for 3 years I am proud to have being part of the Customer Services world. I discovered the Maintenance Operations : how to support our Airlines, how to industrialise and monitor Retrofit Campaigns. On top I had the opportunity to manage a great international team and I learnt a lot thanks to the diversity. Now richer after all these professionnal and human experiences, I am starting a new adventure in joining the A220 Program in Canada. My main values are honesty, respect and team spirit.
