About Stephanie Aplin

Curious. Creative. Analytical. Strategic. Effective. Collaborative… I’m the type of person who lives in both the creative and technical worlds. When you present me with a problem, I’ll dig into the details. I’ll analyze the data and sort through the “trees.” But, I don’t get stuck there. I can see how it all works to form a bigger picture. I am adept at working within the details of production without losing sight of the broader business goal or creative plan. I’m also extremely curious by nature, always looking for the question behind the question. It’s this pursuit to know more, to know why, that has diversified my skill set and helped me build a network of people I can call upon for help. It’s what prompts me to find the real root of a problem and gain a true understanding of a customer’s goals or complaints. The broader my understanding of any given platform, process or problem becomes, the more solutions and success I can bring to any project. With this and my great eye for quality content and innovation, I’ve found success leading and training our paid social team and using various platforms for maximum reach, impact and performance. I’m also a proud mom of two spirited boys and wife to a wonderful husband. In my personal life as in my work, I’m driven by challenges whether that is hiking my way through every National Park, completing my puzzle (I’m almost halfway) or winning my fantasy football league!
