As an executive with a foundation in veterinary medicine and a proven track record in corporate leadership, I currently serve as Regional President of Asia Pacific and Africa at Zoetis. I lead a diverse and dynamic region spanning developed markets such as Australia, New Zealand, and Japan, as well as high-growth regions including Greater China, South and South-East Asia, and Africa. My career - from the frontline of veterinary care to executive leadership - has given me a deep appreciation for the challenges and opportunities within the animal healthcare and life sciences sectors. I’m dedicated to fostering collaboration, amplifying the voices of practitioners, and supporting meaningful industry innovation. I have broad business experience in both the private and corporate sectors and bring a unique perspective to the businesses I lead. With global and cross-functional roles spanning executive, strategic, operational, sales, marketing and technical roles, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the animal health and biopharmaceutical industry and its operating environment. I have extensive global experience including the APAC, African, North American, and European markets, working with executive teams and leading teams of leaders, general managers, sales, marketing, and technical experts. I’ve also demonstrated my ability to develop, motivate, and lead teams of varied scope and complexity, resulting in improved performance and outcomes. As an externally focused leader, I work closely with customers, internal partners, stakeholders, key opinion leaders, professional groups, and industry partners.
