About Stephanie Arrowsmith

Hi, I'm Stephanie I'm a strategist, facilitator and experience designer working at the intersections of social innovation, sustainability and systems change. I create experiences that elevate human connection and unlock our collective potential. 🧵My craft: Over the last 10 years I have led a diverse range of ecosystem building initiatives in the APAC region focused on supporting social entrepreneurship and systems change. I'm also passionate about the art and science of facilitation and believe that well designed experiences and spaces can transform the way we connect to ourselves, one another and the issues we care about deeply in the world. I work with leaders and organisations to design experiences that create alignment across silos and result in lasting impact on organisational culture. From embodiment and mindfulness techniques to design and systems thinking methods, I integrate a range of practices that move us towards collective action - drawing from the Art of Hosting, TheoryU, Liberating Structures, Inner Development Goals and more. My lenses: At the intersection of cultures (Indonesia/Australia) and sectors (impact/sustainability/tech), I weave together diverse perspectives and resources across networks to find shared value. My professional and entrepreneurial experience spans international development, coworking spaces, strategic partnerships and program management, but co-design, wellbeing, inclusion and systems thinking are always at the heart of my work. I am also a meditator, certified yoga practitioner and a member and weaver across several changemaking communities of practice, including Impact Hub, WWF, Art of Hosting, The Presencing Institute, College of Extraordinary Experiences, Terra.do, Kernel, SheFi, Plum Village, School of System Change, Tomorrow University, DSIL & Enspiral. My why: I am driven by our collective potential and believe that in order to solve our most complex global challenges, we need to mobilise collaborative action in a way that is participatory and inclusive across cultures, sectors and backgrounds. This is grounded by the recognition and practice that creating positive (external) change in the world together also requires us to focus on (inner) development, self-awareness, personal transformation and wellbeing.
