About Stephanie Ball

Have you ever heard the phrase ‘if you want something done, ask the busy person’? Well the busy person is me, so what can I do for you? I’m happiest when I’m busy helping people and the company I work for to achieve their objectives. All of my jobs have involved working with and helping people even if they’ve been in different industries. I started off in sales and customer services with my dad’s car company and decided after graduating from university that I could do the same with bread so I opened a bakery. That was hard work but the experiences I had there were invaluable. I did my own bookkeeping, my own HR, my own conflict resolution and even my own machinery repairs. I realised that I like all things technical and mechanical so it’s suited me to be in construction recently. I didn’t know much about running a school site before I started the job but I worked hard to learn and improved the health and safety rating of the school from requiring improvement to excellent. I’d ordered so many supplies for my bakery, the car workshop and school that I thought a job buying things would be amazing and I wasn’t wrong. Making sure orders arrived on time allowed me to use my ability to organise. I’m passionately curious about pretty much everything except sport and even then I will have a good go at engaging with you. My family are avid Arsenal supporters so if we could start there I would appreciate it! If you tell me you’re thinking about buying a new car, you will know what you want to buy when we’ve finished our conversation. What music do you like? Yes, I’ve heard that song. Looking to adopt a pet? I can direct you to a great rescue. Don’t know what you want to eat for your next meal? Let me know what you have in and I will give you some ideas. How do you do a pivot table in Excel? I can show you. I’m a born problem solver and if I don’t know I want to know.
