About Stephanie Bealer

I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor Intern nearing graduation, bringing 7 months of direct experience across individual, couples, and group counseling. I also bring 25 years of hands-on career experience from corporate America, having held various roles in the finance and technology sectors. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for each client's lived experience. I approach counseling through a trauma-informed, strengths-based lens, supporting clients as they navigate anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, identity development, relationship challenges, and life transitions. During my internship, I've had the privilege of working with diverse clients whose stories highlight the courage it takes to seek support. These experiences have shaped me into a counselor who values authenticity, attunement, and collaboration. I am especially passionate about helping clients build emotional safety, develop insight, learn strategies to help regulate their nervous system, and experience meaningful shifts in how they relate to themselves and others.As an emerging counselor, I am committed to ongoing growth: deepening my clinical intuition, expanding my theoretical knowledge, and engaging in reflective practice to strengthen my therapeutic presence. I thrive in environments where empathy, compassion, accountability, and cultural humility guide the work.
