About Stephanie Bechara

As an undergraduate student, I pursued 2 degrees in Economics and Psychology, with a minor in Political Science and International Affairs. Determined to expand my knowledge, understand how the world works, and what makes countries strive while others lag behind, I received a Fulbright Scholarship and pursued my graduate studies in Political Economy and Development Economics in New York City. I worked in different multinational corporate settings and surfed through different industries in the private sector including Digital Marketing, Financial services and more (Publicis Groupe, PwC, KPMG, Julius Baer). Through my acceptance into the Women and Public Policy Fellowship in New York State, I further gained experience working in the public sector and the realm of public policy. Although diverse in nature, I've been able to combine my knowledge and my background to serve me in every field I venture into. My areas of interest include economics, psychology, politics, history and public policy, and I strongly believe that all 5 areas intersect and complement each other.
