About Stephanie Bloom

The main focus of my work has always been to provide support and excellent customer service to consumers. I take pride in my keen attention to detail, as well as my desire to educate myself on background information in order to fully understand various concepts and concerns I am faced with. Although performing different tasks and areas of focus, my job experience has always been relative to customer service and overall consumer or employee satisfaction. Prior to my time at AARP, I helped create and build a Human Resources Department for a growing business. My dedication to advocating on behalf of employees while remaining subjective to employer needs truly contributed to my excellent advocacy efforts on behalf of AARP Members while continuing to understand business guidelines of AARP and its business partners. I truly value reliability, competency and excellent customer service. My job satisfaction comes from the ability to help others, or provide education and insight to others in areas that I have high knowledge in.
