About Stephanie Campion

I was born and raised in Arizona. I attended Arizona State University and graduated in 2019. My first job was at Limited Too, at 16 years old as a Customer Service Representative. Limited Too, ignited a deep passion inside of me for customer service and helped me understand that I am driven and motivated to help and serve others. Since then, I have worked in the mortgage industry, financial services industry, and food industry. I am detail-oriented and I enjoy fast-paced work environments. I am highly effective in environments that demand multi-tasking while maintaining precision and accuracy. As someone who is growth-oriented, I enjoy opportunities where I can grow within the company. I enjoy working with others as well as the freedom to work on projects independently. In 2017, I started working at Northwestern Mutual and was tasked with helping our director build a new office. Starting out, the office had eight total employees. I was the office manager, in charge of the internship, and director of operations for the office. In 2020, I was approached by Fairway Independent Mortgage with an opportunity with them. I successfully assisted Northwestern Mutual in growing the organization to over 30 full-time employees and assisted in building a state-of-the-art facility. Working for Fairway Independent Mortgage I started out as an assistant and I've earned two promotions in 23 months. In 2022, I started working at Aya Health care as a Compliance Liaison where I have learned to work fully remote and expand my knowledge in the healthcare industry and strengthen my ability to adapt to new changes. My life moves fast, and I wouldn't have it any other way. My principles for all of this are Faith, Family, Friends, and Service.
