Hey there! I'm Stephanie, a People Operations professional who's passionate about making work better for everyone. I spend my days diving deep into the world of HR – from full-cycle recruiting and HRIS management to benefits administration and employee engagement. What gets me excited? Finding ways to streamline processes and create experiences that actually make sense for both employees and employers. Recently, I implemented an ATS that completely transformed our hiring game, and designed a candidate-focused recruitment program that slashed our time-to-hire from 2 months down to just 26 days. There's nothing quite like seeing a process that used to drag on suddenly click into place. When I'm not optimizing workflows or diving into all things benefits (open enrollment truly sneaks up on you), you'll find me working on employee wellness programs, DEI initiatives, or figuring out how to make onboarding and orientation feel less like paperwork hell and more like a warm welcome. I've got my hands dirty with everything from designing and launching performance management programs to compliance audits, and I love the puzzle of making complex HR processes feel simple and human. Whether it's recovering thousands in benefits discrepancies or creating centralized resource hubs that actually get used, I'm all about results that matter.
