As the Vice President, Agile Product Owner for Enterprise Complaints within the Office of the Customer at PNC, I lead a global Scrum team dedicated to developing and enhancing consumer and commercial complaint applications. With over 28 years of experience in the banking industry, 25 of which have been in technology, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my role. Throughout my career, I've engaged in specialized consulting assignments, providing in-depth impact analysis expertise to support strategic decision-making on key projects. I've been actively involved in numerous technology projects, guiding them from inception to successful release. Additionally, I've taken on responsibilities for system administration across multiple systems and collaborated closely with auditors, UX designers, and executives. I hold a certificate in Product Management from Cornell University, along with multiple certifications in Agile tools and Technical Product Management from LinkedIn. My core competencies include backlog management, business engagement, client requirements, product development, product enhancement, feature prioritization, backlog grooming, product demonstrations, MVP definition, and problem solving.
