I consider myself a hard-working, organised and responsible person with experience in different fields ranging from customer service to accounting. I am able to learn new concepts quickly and can adapt to various situations. With a positive attitude and trustworthy nature I will offer a great deal of commitment to any employer. During my working career I have had dealings with a diverse range of people (e.g. clients, administration staff, managers, supervisors and professionals). A strategic and lateral thinker logically tackling problems and enjoying the challenge of solving problems by defining the core issues and initiating processes to obtain quick, effective and efficient results; a tendency to address issues not from a closed perspective but from various angles. I possess a great deal of initiative and enthusiasm which drives the implementation of positive changes in the work environment and quite often beyond the job description. I continuously strive to monitor my own performance and seek ways to improve it. I maintain abreast of technological changes in the work environment with a great desire to learn and move forward. I have sound organisational and administrative skills, including but not limited to planning and organising work schedules, reporting, recording and time management procedures. I can competently, effectively and efficiently handle heavy workloads that meet tight deadlines and perform under pressure whilst managing my own individual and group workflow.
