I’m a passionate advocate for people, growth, and purpose-driven leadership. With a background in multi-site retail and operations management, I’ve spent years building high-performing teams, launching new stores, and creating environments where people feel supported to do their best work. My time leading six Hungry Jack’s OTR franchises taught me the value of authentic leadership — showing up with integrity, investing in others, and driving results through strong relationships and clear direction. I’m deeply committed to personal development, both for myself and those around me, and believe that real progress starts when people are empowered and heard. Now working as a Union Organizer, I bring that same energy into advocating for workplace fairness and supporting others to find their voice. My goal is simple: to make a positive impact wherever I go and help create better experiences.
