I’m an author, educator, policy and advocacy leader, and researcher with more than two decades of experience spanning early childhood, workforce development, higher education, and organizational leadership. My work is driven by a deep commitment to equity, access, and excellence in education—ensuring that every learner and educator has the opportunity to thrive. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across systems to connect policy, research, and practice. From developing innovative programs and mentoring emerging educators to leading statewide initiatives that strengthen early childhood and workforce pipelines, I bring a strategic and collaborative approach to everything I do. Currently, I serve as the Early Childhood Education Policy Operations Manager at Children First, where I help shape and advance policies that expand access to high-quality learning. I also teach in higher education, where I guide aspiring professionals in connecting theory to practice and developing as leaders. As the co-author of Pathways to Leadership in Early Childhood Education, my work centers on transformational leadership and systems change—bridging ideas into action to create lasting impact across the education landscape.
