About Stephanie Eldridge

As an associate at Bank of America's Global Sustainable Finance Group, I apply my skills and knowledge in operations research, strategic planning, and process improvement to support the bank's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives and goals. I work with various stakeholders and partners to analyze data, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that enhance the bank's sustainability performance and impact. Before joining Bank of America in July 2023, I served as an active duty aviation officer in the US Army for eight years, where I developed talents such as leadership, cross-cultural communication, and strategic operations. I deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, where I served as a battle captain overseeing current operations operating out of Bagram Air Base and a Blackhawk pilot flying VIP around eastern Afghanistan. I also founded and preside over Comma Club Investments, LLC, a private real estate investing company that focuses on development, as well as buy and hold real estate. I graduated from West Point in 2015 with a bachelor's degree in Operations Research and a Systems Engineering track, and received multiple honors and awards for my academic excellence and achievements.
