About Stephanie Fair

Throughout my career, I have consistently met the challenges of providing high-quality service and work products for my employers. The training that I have acquired has given me numerous experiences and allowed me the opportunity to work closely with the public. In the field of education, I have gained case management experience, learned valuable problem-solving techniques, and successfully worked closely with students in high-risk areas to help them achieve their goals. In my previous field of management, I was able to gain valuable human resources and customer service experience. Further, my communication skills, both oral and written, along with my outgoing personality have allowed me to establish productive work relationships. Moreover, I am a team player and also have key leadership abilities. I am very eager to learn and am willing to complete any training that will assist me in staying up to date with technology.
