About Stephanie Ferrante

I have worked in the Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) and Telecommunication industry for a total of nine years for various American and Australian Telcos. During this time, I have gained skills and experience in customer service, sales, training and development, support roles, and people management. I started as an Outbound Sales Representative selling phone, internet, hardware, and wireless services to residential and small businesses. From there, I shifted to inbound and chat campaigns. My experience also allowed me to become a Sales and Development Specialist under Training and Development for residential accounts. I trained new hires in a classroom setting and acted as their coach and team leader. I also analyzed calls, monitored sales performance, and improved / implemented processes, suggested solutions, created training materials, and rolled out promotions and processes to sales teams and sales managers. I moved to SMB/Corporate and Enterprise working as a support for sales representatives and channel managers. My main tasks were managing accounts in CRM and Salesforce, research and data mining, and escalations. On top of that, I assisted and followed up on IP-Voice, internet, and handset reporting and was a liaison for the sales teams for account access approvals, contracts, and merges. I have recently moved to Canada and I’m now seeking new opportunities.
