Dr. Stephanie Grunewald: helping entrepreneurs prioritize well-being to create intentional and sustainable success. Fulfillment, profits, and purpose! After obtaining my doctorate degree in psychology from Loyola University Chicago, I went on to complete post-doctorate training at Rush University Medical Center. I am a Certified Positive Psychology-Based Health & Well-Being Coach and I hold many additional certifications and continues to expand my knowledge to best serve my clients. Early in my career, I was an academic teaching at under-graduate and graduate levels in the US and Canada, as well as a researcher publishing articles internationally and presenting at conferences across the country. I went on to launch Restorative Counseling, a successful group counseling practice. With an expansive understanding of research-based practices related to confidence, resiliency, leadership, productivity, performance, and communication, I have worked in many settings helping diverse populations achieve their goals. As the Founder and CEO of Ancorio, I am currently helping entrepreneurs achieve success by prioritizing their well-being. At Ancorio, I host webinars, lead mastermind groups, and offer well-being retreats in tranquil locations. As a recovering workaholic and perfectionist myself, I understand the unique pressures and struggles of the clients I work with. I created the RESET Method based on my own journey and years of work with many clients. The core belief of Ancorio is that prioritizing your well-being creates the solid foundation upon which all other achievements are built. As a self-proclaimed learning enthusiast, I am always striving to beat my annual Goodreads reading challenge goal. Travel and hiking are passions that I could talk about for hours! Most importantly, the #1 title I carry is that of “auntie” to 4 nephews and 2 nieces who I adore.
