About Stephanie Gillenkirk

If your numbers stress you out more than your job sites, you're not alone. You're excellent at your craft — but when the backend is messy, inconsistent, or just ignored, it affects everything. → You're not paying yourself regularly → You feel behind with taxes or cash flow → And payroll? Feels like a panic button It doesn't have to be that way. You deserve calm, clear financial systems that protect your paycheck and your peace of mind. Systems that grow with you — not against you. I work with trades-based business owners — painters, flooring pros, HVAC, mechanics — who are ready to take back control of their numbers and finally lead their business like a business. That’s why I do what I do. Not ready to hire support? Here’s what you can do today: → Check your pricing — is it based on real cost and margin, or fear of losing the job? → Review last month’s bank activity — highlight anything that wasn’t necessary → List your recurring expenses — cancel or renegotiate just one Little steps create big shifts. And when you're ready for calm, consistent clarity? 🧩 I’m your ace up the sleeve. Let’s talk →
