About Stephanie Herrmann

Ms. Herrmann has acquired more than seven years of experience in land development design and permitting and has participated in the design of numerous complex projects throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware during her time with Langan. She has handled all major aspects of site/civil engineering from the early feasibility planning stages, through design, permitting and construction.Ms. Herrmann has prepared the design for several residential, commercial, industrial and environmental remediation projects in the region. She has experience with small and large-scale re-development and new development projects in both urban and rural settings, and is experienced in the unique design strategies to apply to each project type. Her design experience more specifically includes site feasibility analysis, conceptual site planning, site layout, grading design, earthwork analysis and optimization, stormwater management and conveyance design, utility layout, and erosion and sediment control design. She has experience in permitting at both the municipal, county, and state level throughout the region. Ms. Herrmann works cooperatively with outside consultants, utility providers, site contractors, county conservation districts, and other government agencies to see a project through to completion. Ms. Herrmann is proficient in AutoCAD, and AutoCAD Civil 3D, as well as stormwater modeling software including Hydraflow Hydrographs, Hydraflow Express, Hydraflow Storm Sewers, and HydroCAD. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New Jersey.
