With over 15 years of work experience in various roles, I am an experienced Operations Coordinator at Canadian Tire Financial Services, where I oversee the onboarding and training of new hires, as well as the quality and compliance of existing staff. I have a Bachelor of Childhood Education from D'Youville College and a certification from the Ontario College of Teachers, which enable me to apply effective teaching and learning strategies to the workplace. I also have analytical skills that help me monitor and evaluate the performance and feedback of the team. Prior to joining Canadian Tire Financial Services, I worked as a Player Services Supervisor and a Marketing Promotions Coordinator at Niagara Casinos, where I gained expertise in customer service, loyalty programs, and event management. I am passionate about creating a positive and engaging work environment that supports the growth and development of the team and the organization.
