About Stephanie Jackson

I’m not just detail-oriented — I’m the one who remembers the birthdays, brings the cake, and still makes the deadline. I started in permitting the old-school way — helping my mom pull septic permits from our home. When my family broke apart, I chose to build a life on my own terms. I didn’t want shortcuts. I didn’t want safety nets. I wanted to know I earned it — and I did. In 2014, I stepped into the window and door industry and started from scratch. I taught myself everything. I worked through late nights, high-pressure jobs, impossible timelines, and more than one moment that nearly broke me. There were times I didn’t think I’d make it — but I did. Quietly. Fully. And stronger than I’ve ever been. I’ve stood up for what’s right, even when it cost me. I’ve protected teams, held departments together, and carried more than my share without losing my heart in the process. I’ve been overlooked, underestimated, and put through things no one should have to face — but I never stopped showing up. Yes, I’m kind. I give everything I have to the people around me — always have. But that kind of giving comes with a cost. There were times I gave so much it nearly took me out. I protect my peace, my time, and the version of myself I fought like hell to rebuild. People call me the Permit Queen — and not just because I know what I’m doing. Because I lead with heart, I show up with grit, and I get it done with grace. Still standing. Still calm in the chaos. Still in heels.
