I collaborate with cross-functional teams, sponsors, and vendors to manage timelines, budgets, and resources, and to resolve issues and mitigate risks. I also mentor and coach junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and development. I have over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a diverse and extensive background in internal medicine, network development, oncology, and clinical research. I hold a Master of Health Administration from Pfeiffer University and a Master of Science in Education from North Carolina A&T State University. I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Healthcare Administration from Virginia University of Lynchburg, where I am researching best practices and innovations in healthcare management and policy. My goal is to leverage my skills and knowledge to improve the quality and accessibility of healthcare services for patients with rare and chronic conditions.
