About Stephanie Kulp

Stephanie is the President of the KBP Cares Board. KBP Cares is an Employee Assistance Fund for KBP Food's Employees, their spouses and their eligible dependents who are experiencing a financial hardship and are unable to afford housing, their necessary utilities, and other basic living needs due to a natural disaster, a life threatening illness or injury, a death or a catastrophic event or extreme circumstance that was unexpected and out of the employees control. Our charity is funded by KBP Foods employees that selflessly donated $1 or more biweekly through payroll deductions. We receive funds from many donors that realize the value and impact of our organization. Stephanie is also a Broker Associate for Keller Williams Realty Partners since 2006. She is licensed in Kansas and Missouri. Stephanie began her Real Estate career with J.C. Nichols in 2001, then Reece and Nichols until I joined Keller Williams in Shawnee in 2006. Stephanie joined Keller Williams Realty Partners in Overland Park in 2010. Stephanie was the Supervising Broker for the KW Shawnee Real Estate office for 2.5 years. She served on the Associate Leadership Council for 7+ years. She has been a Productivity Coach for Real Estate Salespeople in Shawnee, served on the professional Grievance Committee for KCRAR, And served on the Professional Standards committee for KCRAR. Today, Stephanie donates the majority of her time being the President of KBP Cares. KBP Cares employs one Employee Advocate that receives all of the KBP Cares applications, gathers the supporting documentation, writes up the employee's story, and delivers it to the Allocation Committee. KBP Cares has a dedicated Board of Directors and a completely anonymous Allocation Committee.
