About Stephanie Li

I am currently a candidate for a Masters in Public Health focusing on social policy with the University of Victoria. I obtained a Bachelors in Health Studies with minors in Psychology and Gerontology from the University of Waterloo in 2017. I am a devoted, highly flexible, and hardworking individual. I have experience in many settings from office to my current employment position with the YMCA of Greater Vancouver. In my position, I focus on healthy programming and community services for children, youth and families while also concentrating on overall program access, improvement and development within my organization. My skills include-Communicating efficiently and clearly with co-workers, management and program participants as well as members of the community in regards to organizational goals and programs -Mentoring co-workers while developing and implementing training tools -Focusing on bigger organizational goals by seeking opportunities for further training and development, such as becoming a trainer for new employee training
