About Stephanie Mannella

I am a mature and responsible individual with my biggest strengths being empathy and communication. I have completed my second undergraduate degree in Medical Radiation Sciences, with an Advanced Diploma in Radiation Therapy from the University of Toronto and The Michener Institue of UHN. My clinical placement was at Princess Margaret Cancer Center where I worked with over 350 radiation team members and 18 treatment units. I was able to expand on my knowledge and learn from some of the best radiation therapists and supervisors. It was here that I won the Marlene Abate award for the top clinical student with exceptional skills resembling those of Marlene. I am featured in a promotional video for the Michener Institue of UHN, detailing my experience and the Radiation Therapy program. I am also featured in the acceptance packages of the new students of 2020, advertising a chance for the incoming students to ask questions. I have recently passed the CAMRT exam and cannot wait for the chance to work as a Radiation Therapist. I am passionate, kind, empathetic and enthusiastic. My dream career will shortly become my reality.
