With over 12 years of experience in oncology/hematology and many more in customer service roles I am an exceptionally equipped and have a deep understanding of the importance of patient care. In my previous roles, I was instrumental in developing and implementing efficient patient coordination systems, record and inventory keeping systems and data entry processes that significantly enhanced patient intake, management and satisfaction. I have honed a diverse set of skills and strengths including effective communication, problem-solving, leadership, and time management. I am skilled in managing/executing clinical trials and intaking patients for both medical and pharmacy environments, both of which require meticulous attention to detail and stringent data accuracy. I am passionate about advancing medical knowledge and improving patient outcomes.
