I've spent the last 10+ years doing one thing really well: helping organizations transform the way they manage their supply chains, contracts, and procurement and making sure they actually land on the other side. In that time, across every implementation I've led healthcare systems, higher education institutions, county governments, and now sovereign Caribbean governments, and I have never missed a go-live date. It's the standard I hold myself to on behalf of every client who puts their trust in me. My deepest specialty is Infor CloudSuite Contract Management and Supplier Portal. I've designed contract lifecycle solutions that bring Legal, Procurement, and Grants to the same table for the first time. I've worked across platforms Infor, B2GNow, legacy systems, and homegrown tools because the goal is never the software, the goal is the outcome. Right now, I'm the SCM Practice Manager at Smart Solutions International, where I lead presales and scoping for full multi-module ERP implementations, collaborating with HCM, FIN, and Technology, across Caribbean governments, with proposed contract values ranging from $1.2M to $2.8M. I've had the privilege of working alongside Prime Ministers and senior government officials across seven nations, including Turks & Caicos, Belize, Barbados, Anguilla, and Montserrat, helping them reimagine how their governments operate. I also built the estimating and scoping tools our Infor Practice now uses firm wide because I believe good delivery starts with good planning, and good planning starts with tools that tell the truth.
