With over 8 years of experience in the early childhood education industry, I am a senior district leader at KinderCare Education, the nation's largest provider of high-quality child care and education. I oversee the operations, financial performance, and quality of multiple centers in the Southeast region, serving more than 1,700 families and children. I am passionate about developing and retaining a diverse and talented team of leaders, teachers, and staff, and implementing effective succession planning and retention strategies. I also facilitate and support the implementation of KinderCare's curriculum, accreditation, and health and safety standards, ensuring the delivery of exceptional learning outcomes and customer satisfaction. I have a bachelor's degree in business marketing from Palm Beach Atlantic University, and I use my skills in marketing, communication, and relationship building to drive enrollment, revenue, and community partnerships.
