I have been extremely fortunate to work in a field that I am passionate about for the last 23 plus years. I specialize in optimization through systems, processes, and education. I believe that you should never stop learning and that knowledge should be shared. I think there is a right way and a wrong way to do things and that the right way should always win, even if it is the least popular, or pleasant, option. You should always take ownership of your mistakes same as you would for your successes. Never take your team for granted as their hard work is what holds you up as a leader. Their accomplishments only make yours look better, never less. When they succeed, you succeed. Leadership is not about do what I say, but about how can we work together to achieve the end goal. I work with an amazing group of people. I do not think they receive enough credit for how talented, patient, and diligent they are, making sure our almost employees get paid on time and as correctly as possible.
