About Stephanie Nelson

I have always had a desire to help others. When I was a young child, a fire threatened our home, and we were on the verge of evacuation. I remember feeling overcome with concern, as much for those in my neighborhood as for my own family. That experience sparked a passion that has grown throughout my life, motivating me to earn a bachelor's degree in Emergency Management. Now, through volunteering and working for both Sandy City Fire and MTECH, I have taught and certified over people in life-saving skills. Throughout my career, I have been privileged to work with people from diverse backgrounds. One of my strengths is my ability to engage others and put them at ease. No matter where I am or who I am interacting with, it always feels like I've never met a stranger. Helping others uncover and grow their skills, especially those they find intimidating, is something I find most meaningful. With 10 years of experience helping companies and employees succeed, I have discovered that I truly thrive when fostering an environment of continuous growth and learning.
