About Stephanie Ocker

As a Grants and Foundations Relations Manager at Arkansas Foodbank, I work with a dynamic team to maximize fundraising efforts and reach a development goal of over 10 million dollars for the current fiscal year. I steward and grow a donor portfolio of at least 40 donors, ranging from to or more, and lead communication efforts that have increased contributions by 35% on average for tier one donors in one year. I also manage a Grant Coordinator who facilitates the research and writing of Feeding America directed grants, while ensuring accuracy and alignment with our mission and needs. I have been a results-driven nonprofit professional since 2019, with a Master of Business Administration in Nonprofit Management and Public Administration. I have a passion for serving others and making a positive impact in the community. Before joining Arkansas Foodbank, I offered grant consulting services to small nonprofits in need of disaster relief funding during the COVID-19 pandemic, securing nearly one million dollars for three organizations in the minority youth after school education field. I have also developed skills and knowledge in lean management, manufacturing process improvement, problem solving, and customer relationship management. I am currently working on improving my Spanish language skills to become fully bilingual and expand my outreach and engagement.
