About Stephanie Padgett

As an Illustrator/ Graphic artist my most valuable skill is the ability to conceptualize and create compelling graphic illustrations for my clientele and future employer. This would also include the ability to adapt to frequent changes and remain flexible enough to completely change a design in favor of a new artistic direction. In addition to being an innovative creator of art with a keen photographic eye, I also strive to develop habits as a good graphic illustrator by improving my skill to be able to navigate the complicated nature of interpersonal relations that come with working with people. My experience is concentrated in User Experience / Graphic Design, with exposure to marketing. 10 years of professional work experience, with 2 years of management experience, including a mid-level position. I have a diverse background working for Fortune 500 companies, as well as smaller private advertising and shopper marketing firms. My strengths include leadership, marketing communications planning, strategic project management, client service, relationship management, shopper marketing and creative oversight. My major focus is to create graphics that meet the specific guidelines in which the mass media markets utilize with advertisements, displays, packaging and/or logo designs.
