I have been in the food industry for over 30 years as a restaurant and bakery professional. At PHM Brands, I Work with Sales and marketing team members on technical sales calls and attend and present Public Relations events as needed for sales and trade shows, including television and radio appearances. I am the R&D lead for the company, which includes the active development of new products and recipe testing. I am a National level Recipe developer, product description writer, packaging romance text creator, company website content writer, and corporate blogger, including food photography and videography.
