In my career, I truly started from the "ground up". I have successfully held positions as the dental sterilization technician, chairside dental and orthodontic assistant, orthodontic lab technician, scheduling coordinator, records technician, marketing coordinator, treatment coordinator, front office lead, orthodontic team leader, Regional Orthodontic Manager, and my current role as Marketing and Communications Manager. In this role, I enjoy assisting in strategic practice planning, enhancing network through unique marketing efforts and analyzing successes, motivating the team through positive and effective communication, and using my interpersonal skills to create rewarding relationships.
