About Stephanie Pierce

As Director of Development at a critical access hospital, I’m dedicated to advancing rural healthcare through strategic fundraising, community engagement, and philanthropic partnerships. I lead efforts to secure vital resources for the hospital’s highest-priority needs—ranging from life-saving equipment and facility upgrades to patient care programs and staff support.I work closely with volunteer leaders and philanthropic groups; including event committees, the hospital Auxiliary, and the Women’s Leadership Guild. Through these partnerships, I help coordinate fundraising events, drive community outreach, and foster a culture of giving that empowers individuals to make a direct and lasting impact. These groups play a vital role in our fundraising success, and I’m proud to support their efforts to advocate for and strengthen our hospital’s mission.With a strong belief in the power of rural communities, I work closely with donors, volunteers, and local leaders to build meaningful connections and long-term support. My goal is not only to raise funds, but to tell the story of our hospital’s essential role and ensure that every gift makes a measurable difference in the lives of our patients and families.
