Technology is everywhere, but making it truly work for people is the real art. As a scientist turned innovation leader, I focus on the human side of AI: how advanced technology can become a trusted partner that helps people do their best work. Since 2019, I’ve been exploring the potential of large language models, long before they became mainstream, developing machine-generated scientific content and translation tools at Springer Nature. That early experience taught me to look beyond the hype and bridge big ideas with hands-on implementation, from first prototypes to scalable solutions. In my current role, I bring together strategy, product development, and people. I love shaping long-term visions, but I’m just as comfortable rolling up my sleeves to build a proof of concept or guide a team through change. What drives me most is creating environments where innovation feels both exciting and grounded in trust, bridging the gap between technology, business needs, and the people who use it.
