Over the past 20+ years, I have been successful in driving successful recruiting and staffing processes on behalf of large healthcare institutions across the United States. My career has exposed me to all facets of temporary staffing, recruitment strategy, onboarding/offboarding practices, and human resources policy. I truly enjoy guiding, supporting, and leading both internal recruiting teams and client teams to achieve ambitious goals such as fulling a high-volume of urgent requisitions and/or managing complex travel logistics for new hires. I have supported many executive teams through implementing innovative recruiting strategies, helping to establish our company as an irreplaceable partner to our clients. My unwavering commitment to providing hiring managers with a seamless experience, acquiring the best possible talent, and remaining calm under pressure has helped me earn a reputation as dedicated and results-driven team player. Most recently in my role as Account Manager as Cross Country Healthcare, I played key role in helping to fill over 200 urgent healthcare roles due to a major company-wide strike. I was also appointed to support and assist with the successful Electronic Medical Record System conversion for a client by managing all processes to acquire top talent and place 500+ qualified nursing professionals. In my experience as a client partner and team leader, I have found that my success is not determined by my ability to find solutions, but rather my ability to motivate others to work together towards the end goal.
