My editorial responsibilities, which comprised proofreading and copy editing for a top-tier Swiss bank, applied to investment banking, financial/equity research, business proposals, acquisition filings, and professional candidate profiles.As Managing Project Officer, I was responsible for overseeing the contracts, revenue/utilization reporting, public relations and daily functionality of over 15 teams (with clients including some of the largest global banks, professional service and consulting firms). A crucial part of this role also required HR support: I was one of the main leads in the monthly onboarding process of new employees, which included the revision of documentation and contracts (a lot of problem solving), the deliverance of introductory seminars and being available for any follow-up issues that needed attention. I work as part of the marketing team to ensure our platforms and activities reflect the constantly evolving industry-specific trends. As something of a pastime, I provide live interpretation for LongPlay television broadcasts.Having graduated with an MLitt Publishing degree, I joined a digital production company. In 2014, I relocated to Chile in order to learn a second language and expand my professional opportunities. With a BA Honors degree in English studies and an MLitt in Publishing studies, it is not surprising that I am driven by languages; the most stimulating areas I have worked in are editing, interpreting, and translation.
