About Stephanie Radler

Using movement, mindfulness and breath work, I help women reduce fear, stress and anxiety and embody a positive mindset in order to be present, powerful and joyful on their motherhood journey. When a mom achieves health and wellness - at home and at work - it benefits her family and her community. As founder and owner of Conscious and Confident Motherhood, I organize and host community events that educate and empower women and families to make conscious and healthy choices. With a background in education, yoga instruction and birth doula support, I've helped hundreds of couples prepare for birth and parenthood in addition to supporting medical professionals, doctors and nurses and Seniors. My mission is to share practices, resources and love to help families harmonize and thrive. I am eager to expand my network and connect with like-minded leaders.
