My national sales leadership success can be demonstrated by driving sales growth in the SaaS/telehealth, medical device, surgical implant, and capital equipment industries with entrepreneurial start-ups and Fortune 500 companies including Avail Medsystems, ZipLine Medical/Stryker, Peak Surgical/Medtronic, BioInitiatives (Stryker Spine Distributor), Johnson & Johnson, and Eli Lilly. During my career in the start-up industry, I strategically grew companies from original product launch to expansion and negotiated large GPO contracts. My key start-up achievements led to expanded market share and increased revenues contributing to ZipLine Medical being acquired by Stryker as well as Peak Surgical being acquired by Medtronic. I thrived in each of my start-up roles by quickly building their reputation/brand, taking business from competitors, and strategically pivoting within the role based on my company’s changing dynamics and market adaptations. As an invited walk on to the Clemson University’s volleyball program, I earned a starting position my freshman year and a scholarship by my sophomore year. My dedication and commitment were acknowledged by my teammates when I was awarded MVP by my junior year. I pride myself on being a great teammate, a strong leader and having the hunger and drive to always find a way to win. In my experience over the years, I have prevailed at adapting quickly to new technology within new markets and driving growth strategies while successfully managing a sales team across diverse industries and specialties.
