Clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience in the human services field, bringing a strong background in both clinical practice and organizational leadership. I have held a range of clinical and administrative positions, where I have led multidisciplinary teams, developed and implemented clinical programs, provided supervision and training to emerging professionals, and advanced initiatives to improve service quality and access.My clinical work has focused primarily on children, young adults, and families, with an emphasis on trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive care. As a member of the LGBTQ+ communities, I am deeply committed to fostering affirming, equitable, and inclusive behavioral health environments, and I actively integrate these principles into both my leadership approach and direct clinical practice.
