About Stephanie Rigter

As General Manager of People & Culture, I’m passionate about developing people, creating great employee experiences, and lifting capability to deliver outstanding customer outcomes. I believe that when we support people to grow, challenge themselves, and feel valued, everyone benefits — individuals, teams, and the business. With a strong foundation in the supply chain, logistics, and food sectors, I bring strong business acumen, a curious approach to problem-solving, and a focus on building practical solutions that drive real impact. I’ve led large-scale transformation and cultural change, built leadership capability from the ground up, and introduced practical tools to help leaders and teams succeed.I recently completed my MBA through Otago University, which deepened my strategic thinking, sharpened my commercial acumen, and strengthened my ability to lead through complexity. The experience pushed me to think bigger, challenge assumptions, and influence effectively across all levels of the business.Outside of work, you’ll find me hiking, trying new experiences, and enjoying time with friends and family.
