About Stephanie Riley

Stephanie is a member of Killian Pacific’s Asset Management team. She is responsible for maximizing asset performance by assisting with the company’s financial, administrative, and operational targets throughout the portfolio while remaining focused on Killian Pacific’s vision to ignite positive social impact in our community. Stephanie has over 18 years of experience in real estate and property management. Just prior to joining Killian Pacific, she served as Director of Operations for the Green Cities Company’s property management division while also holding her Broker’s license in CA, HI, and WA. She worked on a wide variety of asset types, oversaw 30+ employees, and has been involved in every lifecycle of a diverse portfolio. As a Pacific Northwest native, her interests tend to be seasonal. In the Winter, she leans on her artistic side by painting scenery found while adventuring with her husband, son, and daughter in the Summer. In the Spring, she can usually be found in her garden, and the Fall is reserved for everything college football. Go Ducks!
