About Stephanie Ritter

My human resources career includes 6 years of experience gained through roles of increasing responsibility and leadership. In May of 2020 I completed my Masters degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Colorado - Boulder. Most notably I submitted my capstone research paper on the topic of millennial turnover and retention strategies. I am dedicated to improving the workplace through Diversity and Inclusion efforts and am a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP). My goal is to partner with business leaders to enable successful implementation of HR strategy and processes to support strategic and operational business objectives. Select highlights from my career include: •Oversaw Work Comp division comprising 12 states and 27 cities -Decreased E-mod from 2.2 to 1.75 over 3-year span -Decreased insurance premiums by $2 million -Decreased average cost per case by 50% during a period of company growth (from 2013 through 2017 the company expanded into 5 states)-Average cost per case decreased from $6,665 (2013), as compared to $3,224 (2017) •Compensation analysis of client groups’ base salaries, evaluating competitive employee base pay in relation to the market and to their peers •Created job descriptions for 25+ positions (administrative level through upper management) compliant with Colorado state and Federal regulations
