About Stephanie Roa

Stephanie is a Senior Designer with a passion for envisioning and executing urban, mixed-use projects and planned communities. She is skilled at translating an idea into a clear vision for the project that emotionally resonates with clients and their target markets. As a project manager and design lead, Stephanie is embedded in many of LandDesign’s large-scale master planning projects crafting early project visioning and ensuring consistent design execution through project delivery. She is a professional landscape architect licensed in her home state of Maryland and enjoys working at a variety of scales ranging from large-scale master planned communities to complex site-specific urban developments. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from the University of Maryland, College Park with a minor in both Sustainable Studies and Landscape Management. She is an advocate for sustainable landscape solutions, achieving both LEED Green Associate and SITES AP credential.
