A natural facilitator and relationship builder skilled at bringing people together and communicating with all levels of an organisation. Highly organised and skilled at project coordination, problem-solving and navigating a complex matrix organisation. Trustworthy and tactful in dealing with sensitive information and situations. With a commitment to helping others develop and feel engaged in their work. My international experience covers a range of topics including learning & development programs, large scale integrations, launching HR and employee engagement programs, planning and facilitating workshops and events.
